According to Soni & Kumari (2015), The influence of family on children's academic achievements and attitudes is also significant. Parental encouragement and support in learning mathematics are positively related to mathematics achievement (Cruz, 2012). According to Fan and Chen (2001), parental involvement directly impacts students'’ academic achievement. Aunola, Nurmi, Lerkkanen, and Puttonen (2003) investigated whether parental belief in children's mathematical competence is related to high math performance. Parents' mathematics attitude significantly impacts children's achievement and behavior (Eccles, 1983).
